Refund can be issued under the below mentioned circumstances:

(a) Order is cancelled as per customer’s request :

(i) When order has not been shipped out –100% refund will be given to customer

(ii) After order has been just shipped out –100% Refund  will be given  after receiving back the product from courier

(iii) In case recipient refuse to accept the product due to some personal reason, we will treat the order as attempted delivery.  In this case refund will be given after receiving the product from courier and after deducting expenses incurred for this order.

(b) Dissatisfied / Issue with the quality of the product :

(i) If the products seems unsatisfactory to the recipient due to the poor quality, customer can take the product to its service center to check the authenticity and can avail service. If service center denies to give service, then 100% refund will be issued to the customer but customer needs to send the images of defects to customercare@joowatches.com

After getting confirmation from our customer care, recipient has to return the watches in proper condition and with all the accessories (Box, Guarantee Card, Tag, Safety Guard etc.). Once product is received in our hand 100% refund will be given after getting confirmation from our surveillance team

(c) Delivery location beyond our coverage area : In case delivery location fall in the non-delivery zone or the location is not accessible due some unavoidable circumstances. – 100% refund will be given to customer.
